Digital Subscription Refunds
Follow the steps below if you need to request a refund for a digital subscription.
You are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date (processing typically takes 3 to 15 days). If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us anytime via our WhatsApp Support number or Contact Form so we can fix the problem for you.

- 12-Hour Trial Subscription: Non-refundable
- 1-Month Subscription: 50% of the subscription refunded
- 3-Month Subscription: 1-month subscription value refunded
- 6-Month Subscription: 2-month subscription value refunded
- 12-Month Subscription: 3-month subscription value refunded
- Reseller Panels: Non-refundable

Physical Purchases & Returns
Our refund and returns policy for physical items lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, send us an email at contact@bestsmartiptv.com and we will provide you with the physical address to send your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your physical product, you must first contact us at contact@bestsmartiptv.com so we can provide you with the correct physical address.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
